Many times over the years, Souther’s customers have required major plant and service upgrades with a minimum of downtime and Souther has always delivered. The company is based in Dallas, Texas and was started in 1966 as a family business and remains one today. The day to day operations are now being handled by very capable second generation family members that continue to have a customer first attitude. Souther furnishes equipment for ready mix concrete plants, precast concrete plants, brick and block plants, bagging operations and asphalt plants. These plants have production rates up to 300 yards per hour with large storage capacities for cement and aggregates. The company also offers full field installation of all the equipment that they manufacture.
